कभी हम भी आए थे
इस जगह ऐसे ही,
जैसे आज ये युवा आए हैं।
और बना था एक माहौल —
सब कुछ साझा करने का,
जो अंदर था, जो बाहर था।
आज फिर हमने देखा कि
हम कहानियों की दुनिया में जीते हैं।
कुछ भी हुआ,
तो बना डाला एक कहानी-संग्रह,
जिसमें माँ-बाप, रिश्तेदार,
दोस्त, भाई, बहन —
सब किरदार होते हैं।
और इस कहानी के रचयिता
हम ही होते हैं।
आज फिर हमने जाना कि
इन कहानियों का जीवन की घटनाओं से
कोई लेना-देना नहीं है।
सब हमारी ही कल्पना है,
और यही है हमारे दुःख
और अव्यवस्था का कारण।
आज हमने एक और शस्त्र फिर से पकड़ा —
रैकेट नहीं, रैकेट लॉन्चर,
जो हम ख़ुद ही हैं।
आज हम फिर एक ऐसे स्पेस में पहुँचे
जहाँ हम ख़ुद — ख़ुद से मिले,
जो कहीं खो गए थे।
आज हम फिर ट्रांसफ़ार्म हुए।
अब हम लेखक तो हैं, पर
हमारी कहानियाँ पॉसिबिलिटी की हैं,
क्षमा की हैं,
नई संभावनाओं की हैं।
अब हम रैकेट तो चलाएँगे,
पर कमिटमेंट की रेस्पॉन्सिबिलिटी के साथ।
क्योंकि आज हमें शंकर मिले हैं,
जिन्होंने दिखाया —
तांडव इंटीग्रिटी का,
एम्प्टी और मीनिंगलेस दुनिया में
अनंत पॉसिबिलिटी के साथ।
